ACS Announces Transition to Self Management

Dear ACS Members,

I write this message to share an important and exciting decision made by the ACS Board of Directors. Today we give notice to FSA, the management company that we have worked with since 2001, that we will be disengaging from our relationship with them. First Annual Wisconsin Original Cheese Festival - Success!

In exciting news, the first annual Wisconsin Original Cheese Festival kicked off Nov. 6-7 at the elegant Monona Terrace in Madison, Wis., showcasing hundreds of the state's finest artisan, farmstead and specialty cheesemakers.
